help need find item for lower back pain Options

Hi all

Ive tried looking on internet but i really no clue whihc type is best

I have consitent porblems with cocyx area lower spine.
so i need pressure relieveing cushion to use on chairs etc.
not a sloping 1 i dont like those at all.

i looked at ring shaped ones but they say betetr for gynae pain not coccyx pain.
help.

i actually hurt it on monday made ripping sound have spent 3 days unable to sit in bed lol.
but as norm i have stiffness there which leads to pain etc.
im goign tell rheumy so have look at it as tis constant now lol.
hope u feel better soon.carnt even put socks on shoes very tricky lol.
so u relate to me ahh sorry must be so sore.
